Ranked by total days late, not number of failures — a handful of very late deliveries usually outweighs everything else.

Every outstanding delivery grouped by postcode district, including any whose planned date has already passed. Highlighted where they are split across days, vans, or still unscheduled — those are the ones worth combining.
